Operational Risk Manager

As an Operational Risk Manager, you will work across product, operations, and analytics teams to identify operational risks before they impact users or business performance. You will help design monitoring frameworks, improve operational processes, and ensure our platforms remain stable as they continue to scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying operational risks across digital products and internal workflows.
• Developing frameworks for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Monitoring operational performance using data and business metrics.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Supporting incident reviews and recommending long-term improvements.
• Defining operational standards and documenting best practices.
• Improving internal processes to increase efficiency and platform reliability.
• Preparing reports that help leadership evaluate operational health and business stability.

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a structured approach to operational problem-solving.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Experience in Operations, Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Product Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Understanding of digital products and platform operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Experience with SQL, BI platforms, or analytics tools will be considered an advantage.
